Mission
Instinctively, we know that being near water reduces stress, brings peace, and makes us healthier and happier. Similarly, the practice of yoga provides the very same benefits. Through yoga we deepen our awareness of the breath, synchornize breath with movement, and cultivate focus, flexibility, balance and strength. The mission of Dragonfly Paddle Yoga is to serve the communities of Colorado Springs and Monument plus visitors, and combine the joy of being on the water with the practice of yoga.
Classes at the pool are now available!!! Visit this page to register. Our season on the lake will begin May 1, 2021. Subscribe to our email list to stay up to date with all our announcements.

Happy People
This was such an amazing experience. I’ve been doing yoga a long time so I wanted to challenge myself. I also have a fear of bodies of water, this challenged me to overcome that fear. I have NEVER been on a paddle board before. Lots of challenges for me today!! I had the best time!!! Christine is an incredible teacher, both on the water and on land ;). I can’t wait to go out again!! |
