2022 Season Lake Pass Terms & Conditions:
The Season Lake Lake Pass is valid for 20 regular paddleboard yoga classes on the lake during Dragonfly Paddle Yoga’s 2022 Season (May 2022 - May 21, 2021). Some restrictions apply.
The holder of the Season Pass agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Passholder must be 18+ years of age and be able to swim unassisted.
• This pass is intended only for the person for whom it was purchased and may not be shared or transferred. If it is shared, Passholder will forfeit their Season Pass.
• Once a pass is purchased it cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to another person.
• The pass expires  on May 21, 2023. Extensions beyond that date will not be permitted.
• Passholder assumes ALL risks associated with Paddleboard Yoga and SUP activities.
• Once a pass is purchaseed, Passholder will receive a Season Pass Code for making reservations. Reservations must be made in advance to attend class. at www.dragonflypaddleyoga.com/calendar.html. When prompted, enter your Season Pass Code.
• Passholder may only reserve a class one week in advance of the desired class date.
• The Season Pass is not valid for Special Classes, Holiday Classes, SUP Activities, or SUP Rentals. However, the Passholder will receive a $5 discount for select Special Classes. Limit one discount per Special Class. 
• To cancel or change a reserved class, Passholder will request the change in writing by forwarding their booking email or confirmation number to dragonflypaddleyoga@gmail.com, at least 24 hours before class start time. 
• Passholder will arrive 15 minutes before the start of class.
• Reservation no-shows, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of class, will result in a deduction of one class from the passholder's Season Lake Pass.
• Passholder may receive 8 discount codes, that may be shared with friends, for $5 off any regularly scheduled lake classes.
• Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, or some other uncontrollable event, Passholder will be contacted at least one hour before class to be notified of any cancellation.

Dragonfly Paddle Yoga reserves the right to revoke the Season Lake Pass, without refund, for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions. All terms, conditions and benefits are subject to restrictions, availability and change or cancellation without notice at any time. Your purchase of the Season Lake Pass constitutes your agreement to the above terms and conditions.
