Our Paddleboard Yoga Fit class combines dynamic, flowing yoga sequences with strength training and high-intensity exercises and for building strong flexibility, confident balance, abundant energy and vitality. Class is 60 minutes in length and open to all levels of practitioners. Paddleboard Yoga Fit is a well-rounded fitness program that is joint-friendly, incorporates variable movements, emphasizes balance, and is fun and playful. Class size is capped at 7 participants to ensure an optimal experience for all.
Class is taught on premier, GLIDE Fit boards. All equipment is provided. No prior experience required but the ability to swim is. You will be guided every breath of the way. Dips in the pool are optional and encouraged. NOTE: Membership to the pool is NOT required. As seen on TV! |
