We offer a variety of fun and adventurous, paddleboard class experiences. Each class features premier GLIDE SUPs. Connecting with the elements and nature while practicing on water is a unique, uplifiting and magical experience. Come check us out!
Paddleboard Yoga
During our 90-minute Paddleboard Yoga Classes, you will be guided through a dynamic, flowing yoga sequence that connects movement with breath. The instructor tailors the sequence to the group's ability levels and interests. Class is open to all levels of practitioners, 14+ years of age. Although some previous experience with yoga is helpful, no experience with yoga or paddleboarding is required. The ability to swim, and the desire to try are all that is necessary. Class includes equipment, basic paddleboarding instruction plus time to paddle the lake before and after class. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Paddleboard Yoga ~ BYOB (Bring Your Own Board)
Bring your paddleboard and join us for class. We'll provide the anchor. For the best experience, please come prepared with your leash, lifevest, hat and/or sunglassses, and water. Paddleboard Yoga, Soundbath & Brunch at Quail Lake
This 2 hour SUP experience will be experienced among the beautiful backdrop of Cheyenne Mountain and the Rocky Mountain Front Range, as native birds fly above and dragonflies buzz over the water. Class will be a blend of gentle flowing postures followed by a live soundbath of Native American flutes during Savasana. Next we’ll savor a yummy brunch served to you on the lake. When booking your reservation, you may choose a vegan or egg breakfast burrito. Rate: $55 per person |
Paddleboard Yoga & Soundbath at Quail Lake
This special Paddleboard Yoga class includes a beautiful sound bath during Savasana. John "Thunderheart" Robinson will delight the senses and nurture the spirit with healing flute song. Journey into bliss as you float into relaxation while being bathed in waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional wind instruments. Rate: $40 per person |
GLOWGA - Paddleboard Yoga on Colorful Glowing SUPS at Quail Lake
This special class has been timed to experience the setting sun and night sky during our yoga practice. Boards are illuminated with colorful LEDs to light our way on the lake. You get to choose your favorite color! You will be guided through a gentle, flowing yoga sequence that connects movement with breath. Rate: $40 per person |
Water Lantern GLOWGA at Quail Lake
On select nights, our illuminated, evening paddleboard yoga class will include water lanterns where you may write heartfelt messages of love, hope, peace, unity, happiness and connection. The lanterns also symbolize worries and problems floating away. Rate: $40 per person |
SUP Excursion at South Catamount Lake
During this custom guided tour, you'll experience gliding on a world-class SUP board in pristine waters, with scenic views and wildlife. Midway through our excursion we'll take a rejuvenating break and enjoy yummy, healthy snacks. This excursion is perfect for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. Those newer to the sport will receive paddleboarding instruction. Paddling techniques will be provided along the way. Rate: $65 per person |
Alpine Paddle Yoga & Brunch Excursion at South Catamount Lake

Paddle GLOWGA at the Water Lantern Festival
The annual water lantern festival returns on August 27th at Prospect Lake. This is our most beloved community SUP event. The water lanterns create a wonderful glow upon the night sky. Our boards glide over a colorful orb of light as we practice yoga. We have the most exclusive view of the water lanterns... from the within the lake. Magic!!! Essential SUP Skills Every Padddleboarder Should Know ~ with Christine
New to paddle boarding? It's time to take a lesson so you can be an effective and safe paddler, and raise your enjoyment of the sport. In this 90 minute skills workshop you will learn: * Safety: Equipment, Reading the weather and environment, Safe paddling practices on shore and on the water, Avoiding hazardous situations, Self rescue techniques. * Paddling Technique: How to hold the paddle, stroke techniques. * Maneuvering: Entering and launching in the water, Forward / Backward / Sideways strokes, Turning while stationary and moving. Rent our GLIDE equipment or learn on yours (BYOB). Christine has been paddleboarding since 2017, and is a certified Instructor with the Standup Paddleboard Association (PSUPA).
