A Q U A T I C F I T N E S S & Y O G A
Our Aquatic Fitness & Yoga classes combine dynamic, flowing yoga sequences with low-impact, high-intesity workouts for building flexibility, strength, balance, endurance and overall fitness. Classes are 60 minutes in length and open to all levels of practitioners. Aquatic Fitness & Yoga is a great compliment to your existing fitness regime or for starting a new one. Classes are taught on GLIDE Fit boards at the world class facilities of Pikes Peak Athletics Training Center.
All equipment is provided. You will be guided every step of the way. Dips in the pool are optional and encouraged.

We didn't know what to expect, but Christine was great at explaining movements and we felt challenged, yet supported through the class! It was the perfect blend of fitness, balance, self awareness and fun. And yes, I fell in. But that only means I was trying, right?
